Terms and Conditions:
- Participants must be aged 21 and over and be based in the US.
- Participants are permitted to enter the giveaway only once.
- To win, each participant must have completed all of the entry requirements listed in the original post.
- The winner of the Dream Kitchen giveaway will win a bundle worth $2,400 including a cookware set, stand mixer, espresso machine and toaster.
- Closing date is 10/06/2025.
- The winners will be selected and announced within 72 hours of the closing date.
- Winners will be contacted by the customer service team via private message on the official Instagram account of Cafe Casino.
- The chosen winner must reply within 72 hours of being contacted by our customer service team. Failure to reply and confirm details with our customer service team via private message will result in forfeiting the prize and Cafe Casino picking another winner.
- If applicable, winning participants will be announced publicly through Cafe Casino’s official Instagram account, in the form of a reply to the original post.
- Cafe Casino reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw the giveaway at any time.
- Cafe Casino reserves the right to remove any entrants from current, future and/or existing giveaways if fraud, foul play, any manipulation of the giveaway rules or general abuse of the giveaway is detected.

By entering this Sweepstake, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Food52, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) any misrepresentation made by the entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes; (iii) acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; (iv) any violation of these Official Rules or applicable laws by the entrant; or (v) any infringement or alleged infringement by the entrant of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
